Shipping Policy

Welcome to DASCREETWORLD. We strive to get our gear into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing & Handling

  • Fulfillment Days: We process and ship orders placed Monday through Friday.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

  • Handling Fee: A flat $9 handling fee is applied to all orders to cover secure packaging and processing.

  • Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Calculated at Checkout: We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all shipping. Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

  • Carrier Options: You will be able to select your preferred shipping method (Standard, Express, etc.) during the checkout process.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

DASCREETWORLD is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dascreet.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
